Enrichment Programs
Build thinkers, not just students
When your student’s gifts outgrow what school can offer, it’s time for more than just a tutor.
It’s time for someone who can coach, challenge, and mentor.
At WCTC, we work with high-ability students on both content and execution—because performance at the top isn’t about talent alone. It’s about how you operate.
Our enrichment programs help students build skill, curiosity, and confidence that last long after grades stop mattering.
Our enrichment programs
Executive function coaching
Build the habits of geniuses.
When a student keeps saying “I’m trying” but can’t follow through, the problem usually sits in their executive function—the cognitive skills behind focus, planning, working memory, and emotional regulation.

- Weekly coaching sessions + check-ins throughout the week
- Practice through real schoolwork or projects to form habits that stick

What people say about our enrichment programs
“Thanks for all you’ve done. It’s amazing what you’ve done with him… He got into a really good college. None of that happens without [your executive function coaching]. I don’t think he gets out of high school without you. So thank you.”
James & Elena
“Thanks for all the support for Shiven, you have been a wonderful mentor and guide for him and we are so blessed that Shiven had a chance to learn with you in his academic journey (…) It’s great to have open conversations with you, Quinn, because you’re truly our eyes and ears. The extra time you spend with Shiven gives us valuable insights into his progress, something we lacked before. In the past, we never knew if he was getting value from his sessions, but with you, we have full confidence that he’s receiving the support he needs. We really appreciate your transparency and dedication.”
Juhi and Gautam A.
“Wes’s impressive and efficient approach includes quickly and clearly assessing individual needs and building rapport during intake, filling gaps in skills and underlying understanding, teaching strategies tailored to student needs, and building the confidence necessary for success in students with test anxiety. The resulting scores are testament to his effective teaching.“

What is executive function coaching?
Executive function is the set of cognitive skills behind focus, planning, working memory, and emotional regulation. Our coaching helps students who care deeply but can’t get traction. We build structure, accountability, and systems that actually stick.
How is enrichment different from tutoring?
Tutoring focuses on content—helping students understand subjects and raise grades. Enrichment builds the skills underneath performance: how to think, plan, execute, and manage yourself. We do both, but enrichment is about creating independent learners who thrive beyond the next test.
Which program is right for my student?
Book a free consultation and we’ll help you figure it out together. We’ll discuss your student’s goals, challenges, and what kind of support would make the biggest difference.
How long do enrichment programs typically last?
It depends on the program and your student’s goals. Executive function coaching typically runs 2-3 months for initial habit formation, with some students continuing longer. AMC coaching aligns with competition seasons. Independent study projects are usually semester-long. We’ll map out a timeline together.
What does executive function coaching cost?
Most engagements land between $2,000-$3,000 based on goals and current support needs. The result is durable change that lasts beyond one semester or application.
Can my student do multiple programs?
Yes. Many students combine programs—for example, AMC coaching with executive function support, or independent research with academic tutoring. We’ll help you design the right combination.
