This Privacy Policy describes how Wes Carroll, sole proprietor, doing business as Wes Carroll Tutoring & Coaching (“WCTC,” “we,” “us”), handles personal information collected through this website and through software applications and integrations we operate.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us, book services, or fill out a form — and limited technical information generated by normal website operation (such as server logs). We do not collect more than we need to deliver our services.
How we use it
We use your information solely to deliver and improve WCTC’s tutoring and coaching services, to communicate with you about sessions and scheduling, and to run our own internal operations (such as bookkeeping). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS communications
Our SMS program has its own consent, terms, and privacy details at sms-consent.wescarroll.com. In brief: session reminders and appointment-related notifications only, never marketing, opt out anytime by replying STOP.
Third-party services
We use reputable service providers to operate our business — for example, cloud hosting and encrypted infrastructure (Cloudflare), scheduling and communications tools, and accounting software (QuickBooks Online) for our internal bookkeeping. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; we grant them only the access needed to do their job.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law. For example: SMS message history is kept up to 36 months; SMS consent records are kept 7 years to comply with TCPA and 10DLC regulations; operational logs are retained for shorter windows ranging from 7 days to 12 months; business and financial records are kept as required by tax law.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of your personal information, email [email protected]. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law (see the retention schedule above).
Breach notification
We commit to notifying affected parties within 30 days of confirming a security breach involving personal information.
Children
WCTC provides tutoring services to students, including minors, engaged through their parents or guardians. We collect student information only from and with the consent of a parent or guardian, and use it solely to deliver our services.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page.
