End User License Agreement
Effective date: July 3, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of software applications, tools, and integrations (the “Software”) operated by Wes Carroll, sole proprietor, doing business as Wes Carroll Tutoring & Coaching (“WCTC,” “we,” “us”). By using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
License
WCTC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for its intended purpose in connection with WCTC’s services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Software; interfere with its operation or security; or use it to violate any applicable law.
Privacy
Use of the Software is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Software may interoperate with third-party services (for example, scheduling, communications, or accounting platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; WCTC is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCTC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Software. WCTC’s total liability for any claim under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid WCTC for the Software (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
WCTC may suspend or terminate access to the Software at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive.
Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance.
